MEDICAL TEAM LEADER - MACIEJ ZARĘBIŃSKI MD, PhD

Before he became Head of the Clinical Ward of Cardiovascular Diseases Diagnosis in Grodzisk Mazowiecki Western Hospital in 2009, he worked as an Invasive Cardiology Consultant in the "Allenort" Cardiology Clinic and the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw. His many years of experience were earned as an independent cardiologist and as an interventional cardiologist while working at the Cardiology Clinic of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Military Medical Academy of Warsaw, located at Szaserów Street, and the Medical University of Warsaw at Banacha Street.

 

Maciej Zarębiński MD is an independently operating cardiology surgeon specializing in diagnostic and therapeutic treatments performed on coronary vessels: coronography, coronary angioplasty, implantation of the coronary stents, and the instrumental treatment of acute myocardial infarction. He also treats congenital heart diseases, atrial septal defects (ASD) and patent foramen ovale (PFO). Moreover, Dr Zarębiński performs implantation of vena cava filters in prophylaxis of pulmonary thrombo-embolisms and cardiac muscle biopsies. His longstanding clinical practice translates into tremendous experience in the field of conservative treatment of coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension, heart diseases and other diseases of the cardio-vascular system.

 

Before his medical studies he attended high schools in Libya and Malta. In 1991 he graduated from the Medical Academy of Warsaw. He acquired his specializations in internal medicine consecutively in 1994 and 1997. He has been a Cardiology Specialist since 1999 and obtained his Medical Science Doctor title in 2005.

 

Doctor Zarębiński is the author and co-author of more than 30 publications and convention speeches presented both in Poland and internationally. He actively participates in clinical research.


PIOTR PAWLUCZUK MD
PIOTR PAWLUCZUK MD

A Cardiology Consultant (Senior Assistant) at the Clinical Ward of Cardiovascular Diseas Diagnosis at the Independent Specialist Western Public Hospital, Consultant (Senior Assistant) at the "Starówka" Non-public Healthcare Facility and at the Independent Central Public Clinical Hospital in Warsaw.

 

He graduated in 1994 from the Medical Department of the Medical Academy of Białystok. Three years later he earned his first degree of specialty in internal medicine, going on to earn his second degree in 2000. In 2005 he acquired his Secondary Board Certificate in Cardiology.

 

Before promotion to his current position as senior assistant he worked as a Consultant (Senior Assistant) at the "Allenort" Cardiology Clinic in Warsaw and the Cardiology Clinic of the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw. He previously gained much experience as an Assistant and, later, as a Senior Assistant at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the Military Institute of Medicine in Warsaw.

 

He specializes in the endovascular treatment of peripheral arteries and physiological methods of evaluating blood flow disorders in blood vessels.


KRZYSZTOF MILCZAREK MD, Phd
KRZYSZTOF MILCZAREK MD, Phd

Dr. Milczarek is an interventional radiologist affiliated with AMEDS Centrum from its founding. He specializes in diagnostic imaging of the vascular system.

 

In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Warsaw Medical University. He received his radiology specialization in 1999. In 2005 he acquired the title of Doctor of Medical Sciences.

 

He has served at the Second Department of Clinical Radiology at the Warsaw Medical University since 1993.

 

Dr. Milczarek has also completed a number of internships abroad:

-          Study of the techniques of thermal ablation in Innsbruck (Austria),

-          Study at the Radiology Department at the university hospital in Graz (Austria),

-          Study of the TIPPS procedure at a regional hospital in Metz (France).

 

He has also attended and presented at many scientific conferences and meetings covering all aspects of radiology and angiology. He is the author of numerous papers focusing on topics related to radiology.

 

Dr. Milczarek speaks English fluently.


MAREK FILIPEK MD, PhD
MAREK FILIPEK MD, PhD

Dr. Marek Filipek is a specialist in the fields of urology and general surgery. He is Head of the Urology Ward in the Specialist Western Hospital in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. He is a graduate of the Collegium Medicum Faculty of Medicine, Jagiellonian University, Cracow, where in 1999 he received a PhD degree in medical science.

He has been associated with the Collegium Medicum for many years - the Teaching Hospital’s Urology Department of the Jagiellonian University, where he has worked as a senior assistant and lecturer. In the year 2000 he was nominated Head of the Urology Department of the St. Lukas District Hospital in Tarnów.

He has participated in numerous scientific training courses. He has also received several grants and internships in prestigious urology centers abroad, among others in the Florida’s University Hospital’s Urology Department, in L'Hôpital Lapeyronie (Montpellier) and in the Teaching Hospital Urology Department at the New York School of Medicine.

He is a Fellow of the Polish Urological Association (PTU) – in 1997 he was the deputy chairman of the Cracow Division of PTU. He is also a fellow of the European Association of Urology. His achievements include dozens of publications and papers presented at congresses and conferences in Poland and abroad. He has participated in numerous international, multicenter clinical trials.

He is a propagator of innovative treatment methods and surgical techniques. He has frequently been awarded for his scientific activity and achievements in the area of urology (prize-winner among others of the 1st prize of the PTU and Zev Wajsman’s Award). As the head of the urology department of the Specialist Western Hospital in Grodzisk Mazowiecki he has created from scratch one of the most modern and best equipped urology wards in Poland.

ZBIGNIEW KLIMCZAK MD

Zbigniew Klimczak is a member of the Polish Angiological Society and has many years of clinical experience in treating vascular diseases, he is also an expert in performing vascular ultrasound. In his practice he tends to the needs of patients suffering from: venous thromboembolism (VTE), chronic lower limb arterial diseases (PAD), diseases of the lymphatic system, renal artery disease, thrombophilia, venous insufficiency (varicose veins), impaired microcirculation (Raynaud’s syndrome), coronary artery disease, aneurysms, strokes and leg ulcers.

In 1998 he graduated from the Medical University of Łódź, in 2008 he completed his specialization in internal medicine and in 2011 he completed his specialization in angiology.

He was in charge of caring for patients with angiological diseases in the Department of Health Care of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Łódź. He used to work in the United Kingdom in various hospitals including facilities in Birmingham, Solihull, Leeds and Manchester. Zbigniew Klimczak MD is registered as a GP in the United Kingdom. He also took part in numerous workshops and conferences both in Poland and the United Kingdom. He also observed and coordinated many clinical trials.

Magdalena Wojcik-Kacprzak graduated from the Department of Food Technology and Human Nutrition at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences with specialization: Dietetics and Human Nutrition.

She got the years of exerience during conducting dietary and therapeutic programs for patients with: infertility, hormonal disorders, allergies and food intolerance, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, overweight, obesity, hypertension, atopic dermatitis, rheumatoid arthritis, diferent autoimunological diseases and cancer. During the practice Mrs. Magdalena guidance patients of all ages.

 

With professional experience and continually deepening knowledge of dietary Magdalena had the opportunity to find out that properly balanced and adjusted to the specific disease diet is the basis element for treatment or to assist the treatment of many medical conditions.

While working with, Ms. Magdalena had a chance to see how much importance has a natural, not processed diet in the treatment of infertility. In her work she also specializes in the subject of the effects of diet on improving natural fertility (the "fertility diet"). International studies CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare System (CrMS) allowed to obtain a certified instructor for CRMS, to provide teaching CrMS and support highly effective treatment for patients suffering from infertility.
